Radboudumc and the University of Twente have developed a new game that allows people to train their balance at home. The goal is to reduce the frequency of falls and enable them to continue living independently. With this innovative game, people can practice their step movements at home in response to virtual balance disturbances. Think of steps required in daily life to prevent a fall when tripping or slipping. The game is now ready to be tested. Participants are being sought for the balance study who have had a stroke in the past two years.
